I’m Michael — a systems strategist, community builder, and founder of The Flying Sage, a Vancouver-based organization known for its thoughtful structure, intentional design, and strong community foundations.
My background in Cognitive Systems at UBC sparked a deep interest in how people think, learn, and organize information. That lens naturally evolved into a passion for building clean, functional workflows that help businesses run with clarity.
Over the years, I’ve built multiple ventures — including The Flying Sage and Legacy Journeys — largely as a solopreneur. The only way this was possible was by creating systems that kept each business organized, adaptable, and aligned as they evolved.
Notion Panda is where I bring that experience to others. I design intuitive Notion workspaces and personalized operational systems that reduce overwhelm, streamline processes, and make running a business feel lighter and more intentional.
